  深圳市明启达电子有限公司成立于2007年3月，座落于园林化的城市——深圳，其总部在美丽的宝岛——台湾，是台湾母公司在大陆的全资子公司。台湾母公司在电子元器件行业中已有十余年的代理、分销经验，公司主要分销的产品有NEC、SANYO、TOSHIBA。
随着大陆电子元器件市场的不断增长，为了更有效地接近与服务客户，于是在深圳成立了名为“深圳市明启达电子有限公司”的全资子公司，明启达在继承母公司代理产品线的基础上，又增加了TDK、UTC、SAE、KEC、 Onsemi等产品线的分销。
公司本着“质量第一，客户至上，诚信服务，价值取胜”的经营宗旨服务客户，已逐渐在行业内有了不错的口碑。今后，我们更会遵照我们的经营宗旨去积极取得更多客户的青睐。

MemTech Electronics Shenzhen Co,.Ltd. Was founded in Mar, 2007, located in the beautiful coast city --Shenzhen. Its headquarter is in Taipei, which has over 10 years experience in the electronics industry of components distribution, with the products lines NEC, SANYO and Toshiba. Becasue of the rapid increment of the electronics components demand in mainland China, and also for the reason nearby customers for better communications and services, headquarter started its fully owned subsidiary company named MemTech Electronics Shenzhen Co,. Ltd. to expand the businesses. |
